Action Toolbox

The Action Toolbox contains all actions available to use in a process. Action Icons can be dragged and dropped with your mouse from the Action Toolbox to the Process Design Window.

Depending on your computer’s screen size and resolution, you may need to use the scrollbar to see all of the available action icons.

Process Explorer

The Process Explorer shows a list of folders and processes designed for the system. Folders are indicated with a folder icon, and a process is shown with either a red or green process icon. Folders with a plus symbol can be expanded to show their contents by double clicking on the folder icon.

Red icons indicate a process that is under development or in testing, while a green icon indicates a process that is in production.

You can perform various operations on items in the Process Explorer including creating new processes and folders.

Data Element Explorer

Data elements for a process are listed in the Data Element Explorer. Only data elements for the currently selected process in the Process Design Window are shown in this area.

A number of operations can be performed on the listed data elements.

Process Design Window

The Process Design Window shows the current process. For a new process, this screen will initially be blank. Action icons and connectors show the actions and workflow that make up a process.

This window can be resized and the displayed process can either zoomed in or out to show more or less detail for the process.
