Process Status

Process Log

The Process Log shows detailed information on every step of a process instance. The person and/or data associated with the log entry is/are displayed if applicable.

Active Tasks

Any currently active tasks or delays are listed in this section. Information about active tasks includes the person or group responsible for completing the task and the task’s due date.

Task Summary

The Task Summary section will show a list of all tasks related to the displayed process. The summary will contain information on the status of any current tasks, or an indication of they have not yet been created. There is also a running counter of the amount of time the task has been opened, and how many times the task was generated in the process instance.

Task History

This section will show a complete history of the process instance grouped by each task. Any action that happens to a task will be recorded in this section, along with a timestamp, and user information.

Active Delays

Active Delays will show when the delay is set to complete, or it’s “Trigger Time”.

Active Gates

If there are any Gate actions in the current process that are waiting for a Signal, they will be indicated here.

Active Sub-processes

If there are any currently active Sub-Process calls (i.e. other processes started from the current process instance) they will be indicated here. You can click on each line to further drill down into the sub-process process details.

Process Data

The Process Data section shows all the data elements associated with the process and their current values. If the process is still active, these values may change based on the details of the process.

Graphical Status

A graph of the process is shown scaled to fit the web page. If the process is still active, and active actions will be highlighted with a green arrow.
