Accessing from a Web Browser

eMail Search Web Access Requirements

The following web browsers are officially supported by eMail Search Web Access:

• Apple Safari 3 or higher
• Google Chrome
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or higher
• Mozilla Firefox 3 or higher
• Opera 9 or higher

Accessing eMail Search and Web Access

Unless eMail Search Server was configured differently, users can use the following internet addresses to access eMail Search Web Access:

http://:8461
https://:8462

Please replace with the actual name of the server on which eMail Search Server is installed.

To login to eMail Search Web Access, fill out the User Name and Password fields and click Log on. Please note, that the username must match the eMail Search username of the appropriate user.

Notice: If you are using Active Directory integration with eMail Search Server, the Microsoft Internet Explorer may be able to authenticate users via Single-Sign-On (Login without username and password).
