The left navigation area lists all of the start-able processes available to the currently logged in user. Processes are listed in a hierarchical fashion. The user first selects the folder, or category, for the process, and then selects from the list of processes in that category.
When starting a process, a user may be taken immediately, as a shortcut, to the first Task Detail screen if one is applicable for the process.
Clicking this button will collapse the left navigation page and give more space to the main content of the page. Click the reverse arrow to bring back the left navigation pane.
Expands all of the items in the left navigation pane. Click again to retract all items.
If there are any processes defined with a Database Scan as their starting actions, then the Database Scan link will list those processes and allow the user to start one or more process instances.
If the currently logged in user is a member of the Process Designer’s security group, then this link will be available as a shortcut to start the Process Designer application directly from the web interface.
